My name is Lori Lee and I am an 80’s baby!! I was born in OKC, in the city, and not on a farm with horse pulled wagons as my wonderful husband likes to tell people.
I moved to the Grand Valley in 1989 and plan to stay here until my SnowBird years arrive. Hopefully I will own a personal tropical island to escape to at that point.
I attended MJM Institute of Cosmetology in the 90’s, which was started in honor of my maternal Grandfather. Cosmetology has been in my family for 4 generations now and I can share Trade secrets from the 70’s, such as removing hair color from your hairline with cigarette ashes…(which I never do, but I know it works), as well as provide cutting edge techniques, like the latest in Hair Extension Implementation with my multiple certifications from Top Hair Extension Companies. I have fond memories of standing by my mom's side at the earliest age, helping her with shampoo sets and listening to her clients read to me from the Avon Catalog. I love a great hair challenge and will work with my clients until their desired goal is achieved! For the last 4 years I have owned Tres Beaux along with my sister, Cori. I am very proud of the environment we have created. I am a very busy wife and mama of 6, with my All American blended family. My husband and children mean everything to me and I love for the majority of my time to be spent with them. This has allowed me to understand that personal time for mama’s especially is limited, which is why we created a space for clients from all walks of life to receive pampering services within one space. We are also able to provide multiples of these services at the same time. My goal in life is to provide a safe space for all to feel love, support and acceptance. “Choose kindness” is one my favorite phrases. If you know me, you know I don’t do hate and have no place for it in life. I will do anything I can for a child, to help them grow, show them the world does have love, and help them see their dreams can become reality. My mission in life and the legacy I want to leave behind is Be Kind, Be Supportive, Be Passionate, Be a Mentor, Be Grateful and realize that everything does happen for a reason. I believe Tres Beaux Salon has a GREAT TEAM of service providers who share the same culture and beliefs as myself. I would recommend all of them to assist anyone wanting to achieve any desired inner and/or outer beauty goals!

Tiffany Bland is from Columbus, Ohio.
Moved to Grand junction 20yrs ago.
Graduated in 1999 from Ohio State school of cosmetology with a managing esthetician license.
Her speciality is to make her clients feel comfortable, relaxed and feel invigorated after each service.
Her services include relaxing facials, dermaplaning, waxings, tinting of lashes or brows, lash lifts as well as trained in Ultherapy( non invasive facial lift).
She is incredibly detail oriented and she knows a good brow is an art form with meticulous technique. We love to call her the “brow guru” around here.

Hello All, My Name Is Abby! I am born and raised in Grand Junction, CO. I spent the last three years at Colorado Mesa University before attending Tech Cosmetology School. I am Extremely passionate about specializing in Nail Services, as well as haircuts!
I Love being outdoors whether it's fishing, floating the river, duck hunting or riding my motorcycle with my husband. I love spending time with those that are close to me! My personality is Kind, all while bringing a great sense of humor. I look forward to seeing your beautiful face in my chair!

Hi! My name is Ashlyn, and I am currently attending Technical College of the Rockies to get my cosmetology license. I will be graduating in Fall 2024, a few months after I graduate Grand Junction High School. I enjoy reading, painting, and spending time with my friends and family. Most of all, I enjoy anything to do with Beauty. Since I was born, Cosmetology has been a huge part of my life. My Grandma and Grandpa owned MJM Institute of Cosmetology, which is where my mom attended at the age of 18. She has been doing hair ever since and now owns this salon! Growing up, I spent most of my days at the salon with her which means, I've learned a lot from just watching and listening. My mom first started having me cut and dye her hair when I was 10. I've always known Cosmetology was something I wanted to do. Because I love this industry, I became one of the Receptionist at Tres Beaux 2 years ago and have loved it ever since. I can't wait to receive my license and start my own journey behind the chair!

Hi, I’m Brianna Haran, I am a 17-year-old Highschool student and graduate in 2024, and I've been a part of the Tres Beaux team for a little over a year! I am a receptionist for the Salon, and I have loved every second of it. The energy down here is super fun and refreshing and it's always a pleasant experience getting to talk to and meet new wonderful people.
I was born in Tampa Florida, then I was Raised in Vermont, and now I live here in the lovely town of Grand Junction...
Working here has allowed me to gain tons of social and life skills that I'll be needing in my life!!
Besides working here, I enjoy spending my free time with my friends, family, traveling (I've been to 28 states and 3 countries so far!), writing, and anything involving any sort of animal besides insects...
I am beyond grateful to be a part of this amazing team here at Tres Beaux, and I can't wait to continue my journey here!!

I'm Brittany Milligan-George, a proud graduate from the class of 2001 at MJM Institute of Cosmetology School. While I'm originally from the beautiful state of Colorado, my upbringing in a quaint Utah town shaped my journey into the world of cosmetology.
My career has been a blessing, not just professionally but also in the incredible friendships and connections I've formed along the way. My true passion lies in creating welcoming and warm environments for people. I've been told I have a gift for engaging conversations and quickly picking up on social cues, making each interaction a memorable experience.
My two wonderful children and my supportive husband are my ultimate achievements and biggest cheerleaders. They drive me to excel both as a professional and as a family-oriented individual.
Days at Tres Beaux are treasured moments, whether I'm crafting a perfect mimosa, engaging in heartfelt conversations with clients, giving a fresh haircut, or offering a listening ear to a friend. The salon's atmosphere feels like a sisterhood and brotherhood, a unique bond that forms behind those doors.
Outside of work, my interests are as diverse as my skills. Gardening, camping, and being my children's biggest fans during their sports events keep me active and engaged. I'm an avid reader, finding solace and adventure in the pages of a good book. And of course, my heart belongs to the Denver Broncos, reflecting my unwavering loyalty.

Born and raised here in Grand Junction, CO as well as my grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and siblings!
I have been at Tres Beaux since 2021 starting with receptioning and now building my clientele I can’t wait to see where the future takes me!
I graduated from Intellitec college in 2022 and have been pursuing my career by doing hair and nails,
with a passion for precision and creativity, I am a dedicated nail technician who turns nails into miniature works of art. From classic French tips to intricate nail designs, I bring a blend of artistic flair and technical skill to every session. A true trendsetter, I stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends and innovative techniques, ensuring that each client receives a unique and personalized nail experience. With a warm and friendly demeanor, leaving clients with not only beautifully manicured nails but also a renewed sense of confidence and style.
My passion is to make people feel beautiful inside and out and help build their confidence!
Lisa Lucerne
Massage Therapist/LAc/Nail Tech
Lisa Lucerne began her nail career in 1996, a graduate of The Academy of Beauty Culture here in Grand Junction. She spent the next 20 years moving from place to place working in some of the top spas in the country and chasing her education dreams. Her early career focused on natural nails, salon management and she ran and taught her own nail school. She now primarily offers artificial nail enhancements including acrylic, soft and hard gel, Gel X and Shellac/gel manicures. She also gives one heck of a pedicure. Lisa graduated from the Austin School of Massage Therapy in 1999 and is trained in a number of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, hot stone, pregnancy and Thai massage. As a life long student Lisa's interests took her CSU in Fort Collins where she obtained a B.S. in Interior Design and Construction Management in 2006. She then went on to study acupuncture and herbal medicine and earned a Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine in 2014 from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica CA. Lisa's passion is helping people feel their best. Her practice is primarily pain management but she also treats everything from the common cold to stress, sleep disorders, digestive health, weight loss, addiction, womens health, menopause and side effects of chemotherapy. Lisa also offer collogen induction therapy a.k.a. microneedling to improve skin appearance, texture and elasticity. She also offers an acupuncture facelift that lifts, revitalizes and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Mesa State College in 2006, and completed my nurse practitioner degree in 2020. I graduated with my Master of Science in Nursing from Walsh University. I am board certified with AANP and ANCC. And during my time as a registered nurse, I have taken care of patients from all ages including: ICU, psychiatric, forensic, geriatric and home care patients.
I enjoy laughing and will crack a joke in nearly every conversation. In my free time, I enjoys crafting, going to concerts, swimming, and traveling.

With 7 years of experience in the industry, I have a keen eye for detail and a great understanding of the latest coloring techniques and various extension methods. I take true pride in being dedicated to nurturing client relationships, witnessing their milestones, sharing in their joyous occasions and have you feeling better than when you came in! A trend enthusiast, I continually explore new styles to deliver fresh, modern looks. Beyond the salon, I find solace in camping, quality time with my boyfriend Ryan and our black lab- Benelli, who I think of as a companion also, and the occasional karaoke serenade – sometimes even at work!

Hi, I am Sierra Schneiter. I am currently finishing my last year of school at Colorado Mesa University double majoring in Business Administration Management and Business Administration Marketing. I will graduate in May of 2024. In March of 2022, I received my certification in Airbrush Spray Tanning. When I became certified, I was doing mobile tans around Grand Junction and traveling to Denver. In October of 2022, I found Tres Beaux Salon and Spa. This salon has been home since then, and it is the best salon I could ever imagine working at. The atmosphere is so welcoming and our services that we offer are top notch. Spray Tanning is my passion and there is no greater feeling than seeing my clients excited smile, and the sparkle in their eyes when they complete their spray tanning session. I am so grateful to all my clients for making it possible for me to do something I love. Spray tans are a great way to get a healthy bronze glow and a quick pick me up any time of the year, and my passion is making you look and feel your best with a luxury tan. I can’t wait to meet you!
